OVERVIEW
Progressive Intellectual Property lawyers Kilburn & Strode, had one clear mission; to become employer of choice. To do things better – differently.
Our initial task was to understand the client and their business. This was done with a three-hundred-and-sixty-degree workplace assessment which was used to define our strategic opinion on how Kilburn & Strode could maximise the opportunity that a physical move could provide as a catalyst for organisational change.
Our response was a space built around the idea of ‘collective individuality’, whereby people could adjust just how collaborative or private they need to be. We created a flexible hub: café, lounge, workspace, events space and meeting rooms which are all vibrant and ‘boutique cool’.
Happiness factors have risen from 59% to 85%
